RegalFog Vapors – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed through RegalFog Vapors are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).


2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times shown at checkout or on the website are projections only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on several factors including:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Carrier routing issues

  • Regional delivery limitations

Because of these variables, shipping times may vary depending on the mailing provider.


3. Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the mailing provider.

RegalFog Vapors is not responsible for delivery delays, delivery times, or carrier-related issues once a package has been shipped.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Late deliveries

  • Lost packages in transit

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery route issues

  • Misrouted packages

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided for updates regarding their shipment.


4. Manufacturer Fulfillment

Some products may ship directly from manufacturers or partner fulfillment centers. Because of this, shipping times may vary between products.

When manufacturer fulfillment is used:

  • RegalFog Vapors processes the order

  • The manufacturer handles packaging and shipment

  • Delivery speed is dependent on the manufacturer's logistics and carrier services


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

RegalFog Vapors is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

RegalFog Vapors is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check around the delivery location

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  4. File a claim with the carrier if necessary


7. Shipping Restrictions

RegalFog Vapors complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the shipment of hemp products, vaping devices, and smoking accessories.

Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain states or jurisdictions.

Orders containing restricted products may be cancelled or modified if shipping laws prevent fulfillment.
