At RegalFog Vapors, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return and refund process outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to partial refund approval at the discretion of RegalFog Vapors.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following costs are non-refundable:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
3. Clearance and Final Sale Items
Items marked as Clearance, Final Sale, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for returns or refunds.
All clearance purchases are considered final once the order has been processed.
4. Glass Products Damaged in Transit
If a glass product arrives damaged or broken, the item does not need to be returned.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

The damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

Photo evidence of the damaged item must be provided

The original order number must be included
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
5. Defective or Non-Functioning Products
If a product arrives defective, malfunctioning, or stops working shortly after delivery, customers may qualify for a 100% refund under the following conditions.

6. Return Authorization Process
All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Approved refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5β7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Refund Denials
