At RegalFog Vapors, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make things right.

Eligible Returns

You may return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Important Notes

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Exceptions

Clearance Items: All clearance and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

Glass Products Damaged in Transit: If your glass item arrives broken, you do not need to return it. Please provide photo evidence of the damage within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

How to Start a Return

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund for the product price (excluding shipping and handling) back to your original payment method.
