At RegalFog Vapors, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged during delivery or stops working within seven (7) business days of delivery, you are eligible for a 100% refund under the following conditions:

1. Timeframe: The issue must be reported within 7 business days of the confirmed delivery date.


Note: During peak holiday seasons, this window may be extended to account for increased shipping delays.




2. Return Condition: The defective or damaged product must be returned to our store in order to process the refund.



3. Proof of Issue: A brief description of the problem and, if applicable, a photo or video may be requested to verify the issue before return authorization is issued.
